Scope of Services. Through this Site, B and G Carpet Cleaning markets and arranges Carpet Cleaning, Couch Cleaning, Sofa Cleaning, Rug Cleaning, Mattress Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. B and G Carpet Cleaning may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, B and G Carpet Cleaning's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
